A year-round gift

Now I'm hungry

One of my 2010 Christmas gifts for 2011 has been making dinner once a month for my landpeople. They are an older couple and are dealing with some health issues. So once a month I make a ‘soup to nuts’ dinner. It’s been a win-win: they get a hot complete meal and I get to indulge in cooking some new things. We all agreed the dinner gift would be a good repeat for 2012.

Once a month dinner: the gift that keeps on giving!
