Friday Shiny: Week of October 3

I’m a little obsessed with Icelandic knitting right now. The very first project I ever knit for someone was an Icelandic sweater for the CatMan. He still has it (and still wears it). It was wayyyy too big, but after a little felting action it’s still slightly bigger than it should be and it’s worn like iron for the past 29 years. So I think it’s time to revisit Icelandic knitting – this time for me. I’m thinking the body as medium to dark blue and the yoke incorporating colors of the sunrise. I’m leaning toward the last pattern in this group, but really aren’t they all pretty?
