I’ve talked about Gretchen Rubin’s various Happiness books and projects before. My lists of Personal Commandments and Secrets to Adulthood were two of the first things that I migrated over to my bullet journal.

Did you think you were going to get away without a picture of Chuck as Moses Moses Moses?

Here are a few of them:

  • Staying up late does not make the next day better – ever.
  • Identify the problem.
  • Office supplies make me happy (and the corollary: too many crafting supplies make me guilty and exhausted.)
  • Stop what I’m doing and clean it up BEFORE I’m tired.
